Infinite Loading Screen Post Login
Allow API Access to Restore Dashboard Functionality
Infinite Loading Screen After Login
Overview
An infinite loading screen after login typically indicates that the dashboard is unable to communicate with our API server. When these requests are blocked, the application cannot fully load, resulting in a stalled or blank screen experience.
Common Causes
This issue is most often related to network or browser-level restrictions, including:
- Firewall or network security settings
- Browser security extensions or plugins
The most common cause, by a significant margin, is the Malwarebytes Browser Guard extension, which may incorrectly flag requests to our API as malicious and block them.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, requests to our API and related domains must be allowed.
Please ensure the following domains are allowlisted:
api.mytribus.com<x>.mysolidearth.com<x>.mytribus.com

If Malwarebytes Browser Guard is installed, you will need to add the domains above to its Allow List.

- Open Safari
- In the top menu, click Safari > Settings (or Preferences)
- Navigate to the Extensions tab
- Select Malwarebytes Browser Guard
Step 2: Open Malwarebytes Browser Guard

- Enter:
api.mytribus.com - Save or confirm the entry
Step 5: Refresh the Page
- Return to your dashboard and refresh the Safari tab
Quick Alternative (When Actively Blocked)
If you encounter a “Website blocked” message:
- Click the Malwarebytes Browser Guard icon in your browser
- Select Allow this website
