Infinite Loading Screen Pre-Login
Infinite Loading Screen When Initially Opening The Dashboard Page (Pre-Login)
Infinite Loading Screen Before Login
Overview
An infinite loading screen before login can occur when the dashboard page is unable to fully initialize in the browser. In many cases, this is caused by browser popup blockers or privacy extensions interfering with required authentication or initialization processes. When these components are blocked, the page may fail to load the login experience and appear stuck on a loading screen.
Common Causes
This issue is typically related to browser-level settings or extensions, including:
- Popup blockers built into the browser
- Privacy or ad-blocking extensions
- Strict tracking prevention settings in the browser
When popup functionality is blocked, the login window or authentication flow may not initialize correctly, preventing the dashboard from loading.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, ensure that popup access is allowed for the dashboard domain.
Please allow popups for the following domains:
mysolidearth.commytribus.com

Additional Notes
If the issue persists after enabling popups, review any additional browser extensions or security tools that may be blocking authentication flows, or try accessing the dashboard in an incognito/private window to isolate extension-related interference.
